Take the Large: Paris's newest art destination sits on an island
In sailor-speak, “le large” starts six nautical miles out. Follow the Seine downstream from Notre-Dame and you’ll reach the Large, a new art center opening October 17, 2026 on the Île Seguin, just outside Paris. RCR, the Pritzker-winning Catalan architects, wrapped it in copper scales and weathered steel.
