If you, like us, are fans of Dries Van Noten—his delicate prints, elegant colors, and visionary approach—then this news will excite you. In April 2026, Dries Van Noten and Patrick Vangheluwe will inaugurate the Fondazione Dries Van Noten in Venice, a new cultural hub dedicated to craftsmanship and creativity, set in the iconic Palazzo Pisani Moretta on the Grand Canal.

More than a museum, the Fondazione will be a living space where tradition meets innovation. It will bring together established and emerging voices in art, design, fashion, architecture, and gastronomy, celebrating the human dimension of making. Craftsmanship here is not just heritage—it’s a way of thinking, creating, and connecting through material, gesture, and time.

The Palazzo Pisani Moretta, a Gothic masterpiece later transformed in the 18th century, provides a stunning backdrop with Tiepolo frescoes, enfilade salons, and light shimmering off the canal. The Fondazione will activate this space with exhibitions, residencies, collaborations, mentoring, and public programs—turning centuries of craft into a platform for contemporary dialogue. Later in 2026, Studio San Polo, redesigned by Giulia Foscari, will offer a minimalist space for experimentation and contemporary practices.

Dries Van Noten and Patrick Vangheluwe envision a vibrant ecosystem where creation thrives at the intersection of history and imagination, making Venice once again a catalyst for new ideas. Join us in May 2026 for a special trip to Venice for the Biennale and experience this incredible foundation firsthand. Spaces are limited—register now to secure your spot!
